Scheduling Coordinator
The first friendly voice you hear! Scheduling Coordinators manage appointment booking, confirmation, and coordination between patients and our providers. They help optimize our daily schedule, minimize wait times, and make it easy for you to find appointment times that work.

- Confirm upcoming visits
- Manage patient flow and daily schedule
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
Financial Coordinator
Our Financial Coordinators support patients with all financial aspects of their orthodontic care. They explain fees and payment options, assist with insurance submissions, and help ensure everything is clear and stress-free from start to finish.

- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Collect payments and manage billing
- Answer questions related to accounts and coverage
Treatment Coordinator
Your guide through treatment decisions. TCs meet with you after your initial exam to explain your orthodontic options, answer questions in clear terms, and help you understand the timeline and financial aspects of care.

- Educate about treatment choices (braces, Invisalign, etc.)
- Explain treatment steps, expectations, and costs
- Assist with financial/insurance discussions
- Collaborate with doctors to deliver a personalized plan
Certified Dental Assistant
Our Certified Dental Assistants work closely with the orthodontist to provide hands-on clinical care during your visits, helping ensure each appointment is efficient and comfortable.
